Insurrection LRP

There will be two Insurrection LRP events in 2010, with details available from the printable leaflet or below. For both events, the following information is valid:
Numbers: We're aiming for 40-70 players, with half as many crew again (so 20-35)
Crewing: We'd love for people to crew! It'll be free, and we'll try to provide food for you.
Payment: See our How To Pay page.
Booking: You can use our online booking form, which also includes our booking and cancellation policies.
Other important stuff: Character generation is exactly as per the system document. We'd prefer that everyone be part of one of the rebel factions (Dawning Light, Duke Ladrill's Second Battalion, Free Thought Radicals, Velvet Glove and Wayfarers' Guild). Don't worry if you'll be travelling on your own: we'll put you in touch with other people wanting to play characters in the same group as you before the event. Once we receive a solid idea of the character you want to play, we'll send you additional briefing sheets on your race, faction, and any Faith/Magic you might have.

Event Three: Two Birds With One Stone
When: Friday 14th-Sunday 16th May, 2010
Where: Stock Wood Iron Age and LRP Centre, Lambsquay Road, Clearwell, Gloucestershire, GL16 8JR
Cost: £35 if you book before February 1st, £45 if you book in February or March, £55 after that
IC Premise: Having intercepted and decoded an important military communique, the various rebel groups that comprise the Alliance travel to the Demesne of Yggdrasil's Lament, on the front lines of the advance toward Stonehaven. Ambitious as ever, the insurgents have decided to attempt both to compromise the advancing army's food supply and their Medical Corps. Faced with both starvation and no hope of medical treatment, the hope is that the advance can be slowed, if not stopped.
Notes: We'll be looking at getting Stock Wood to provide catering and perhaps also a cash bar. More details closer to the time. Due to the set-up of the site, we may have to run the event slightly differently to how it's been before (specifically, in a more linear/mission-based fashion) but we'll make decisions about this stuff over the winter. We're also taking into consideration the feedback on System 1.1 that we got after the last event.

Event Four
When: Friday 15th-Sunday 17th October, 2010
Where: Consall Scout Camp Site, Blakely Lane, Dilhorne, Stoke-on-Trent, ST10 2PS
Cost: £35 if you book before July 1st, £45 if you book in July or August, £55 after that
