Booking Form

Places on upcoming Insurrection LRP events will not be booked until we have received payment, and every booking must be accompanied by a copy of this form. You can fill in and send the form electronically below, or download a printable copy to send by post. For details of payment methods, see the How to Pay page.

Places on each event will be generally offered on a first come, first served basis. Once your payment has arrived you will receive confirmation of your booking – if you have not received this within 2 weeks of making your payment please contact us in case there has been a problem. Should the event already be full when you send your booking form and payment we will place you on a waiting list and will contact you if we have any cancellations. If we do not have any cancellations we will return your payment to you, or credit it towards a future event.

Cancellation policy:

If you make a cancellation made up to 1 month before the event we will refund your payment in full, or credit it towards a future event.
If you make a cancellation up to 2 weeks before the event we will refund 50% of your payment, or credit it towards a future event.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Booking policy:

Player places on this event are subject to a strict limit of 60, on a purely first-come first-served basis. Your place on the event is confirmed when you receive an email from us accepting your booking (usually contingent on you having paid in full, except by prior arrangement)
There are currently five playable factions to choose from. We expect the great majority of characters to be part of a faction. Not being part of a Faction will limit the amount of XP you can earn per event.
We allocate ten player spaces to each of the five player factions. If a faction uses up its allocation of places (including dependents, such as human slaves, who do not count as full faction members for other purposes) then it may still be possible for additional players to book to play characters from that faction. However, the Design Team reserve the right to refuse such bookings if we feel that it would lead to too great an imbalance of power.
More generally, the Design Team reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking from anyone for any reason. In these cases, we will of course provide a full refund if you have already transferred money and, where possible, an explanation. Once we have accepted your booking then your attendance is confirmed. If you wish to cancel your booking, please see our cancellation policy (above).
