Crew Booking

Crew spaces on upcoming Insurrection LRP events will not be booked until we have received your booking form. You can fill in and send the form electronically below, or download a printable copy to send by post. Your crew spot is not reserved until you receive an email telling you that it is. The Design Team reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking from anyone for any reason.

If you book and then discover that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can recruit replacement crew.

Crewing at Insurrection LRP costs nothing. At Event Six, you will have access to indoor accommodation (but will need to bring all your own sleeping gear, including air bed/camp bed/foam mattress), and we will provide snacks and soft drinks. You must provide your own meals and any alcohol you intend to consume.
